The User Liaison meets with each new user to train them to use the system and to determine what access she/he needs. She/he also conducts monthly hands-on classes covering basic data entry for research nurses and data managers.
User Liaisons also answer the help line, which is available 24 hours a day 365 days of the year. CORe and PDMS system users are encouraged to call for questions and to report problems.
